Parking Puzzle privacy policy

Responsibility and contact
The person responsible for Parking Puzzle and support-data processing is Houda Eghbarya — אגבאריה הודא, operating under the studio name Agbaria Studio. For app or privacy enquiries, contact studio.agbaria@gmail.com.
Your progress and settings
The game stores level progress, best move counts and stars, the current game, language, sound, vibration and the ad-timing counter in its app storage on your device. Game code does not send these records to our own server and provides no account or cloud synchronization. Advertising and consent services communicate with Google separately.
Backups and deleting local saves
The app disables Android automatic backup. Device-to-device transfer services can differ by operating system and manufacturer, so we cannot guarantee that every form of transfer off the device is prevented. To deliberately delete local saves, open Android Settings → Apps → Parking Puzzle → Storage → Clear data or Clear storage. Menu names may differ. This deletes your local progress and settings; we have no cloud copy to restore them. It is not a required update step. Deleting saves does not automatically delete Google data or support correspondence.
Google ads and data
The game uses Google Mobile Ads and UMP consent management. The advertising SDK collects and sends data to Google, including IP addresses that can indicate approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, interactions and diagnostics. Google uses these for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, subject to request and privacy settings, with encryption in transit. The game does not collect GPS location, contacts, photos or audio recordings. This does not mean that the SDK collects no data.
Your choices
At launch the app checks consent status through UMP and requests ads only when the SDK permits it. A Privacy options entry appears in Settings when required to review your choices. Unavailable ads do not prevent gameplay. You can also use Android privacy and advertising identifier controls. Declining personalization does not necessarily block every kind of ad. See Google’s privacy policy and SDK data disclosure for its data processing and retention information.
Intended audience
Parking Puzzle is intended for teenagers and adults, not directed to children. A teenage audience does not mean every teenager is an adult or has reached the age of consent for data processing; requirements vary by age and country. The game does not ask for your date of birth. A store content rating is separate from the intended audience and the age of consent.
Support correspondence
When you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send to handle your request. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. To request deletion of support correspondence, email studio.agbaria@gmail.com with the subject “Delete support correspondence” and identify the email address or conversation concerned. Preferably use the same address to help verify the request; do not send unnecessary identity documents. Deleting our correspondence is separate from requests about data processed by Google.
We delete support correspondence and attachments 90 days after the request is closed. You can request earlier deletion at the email address above. If a legal obligation requires a specific record to be retained longer, we keep only what that obligation requires. Deletion from our support mailbox does not determine how long the email provider retains its operational or backup copies.
Website and hosting
This static website adds no analytics, trackers or forms and loads no external fonts or scripts. The site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Email links open your email app; sending a message also involves your email provider.
Policy changes
